Hosts will provide the grill, a person to man the grill, and drinks. You may use table service from the church and borrow tables if needed. You will need to be responsible for retrieving the table service and tables from the church earlier in the week.
Attenders will bring a meat for themselves, a side dish to share, and a chair or picnic blanket.
